Celebrations of The Canadian Epilepsy Alliance’s 20th Anniversary took place at the CLAE 2018 Scientific Meeting, which was held in St. John’s this year. Epilepsy Newfoundland and Labrador was proud to be the hosting city for the meeting, and particularly proud to be celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the CEA, of which we are a founding member, here in our own province. A statement regarding the 20th Anniversary of the Canadian Epilepsy Alliance has been released by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, and the Prime Minister “…would like to commend everyone involved with the Canadian Epilepsy Alliance for
their hard work and dedication. ”

and advocated for the more than 300,000 Canadians living with
